Free Weekly Zoom Silent Sitting and Small Group Dialogue
With Jay Cutts
Open Dates
Free on Zoom 1st, 3rd, 5th Thursday evenings. 40 minute sitting followed by an opportunity to look carefully into the issues of our lives and to clarify what meditative work is. For people in any location.
This is a free event on Zoom, held on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Thursdays of the month. We sit quietly for 40 minutes and then have an opportunity to work together in small group dialogue/inquiry. This inquiry work is a chance to bring up and shed light on any of the many issues and concers of our lives.
The group does NOT involve giving advice or therapy but rather is focused on listening carefully to both oneself and others and speaking from what is directly seen or felt.It is a chance to raise questions about our lives and about meditative work, not for the purpose of getting an answer but rather to help us feel more deeply into these questions and to begin to explore for ourselves.
The dialogue is lightly facilitated by Jay Cutts, who has been involved in meditative work through the Springwater (NY) Center for over 50 years.
